Once an account has been listed with our office, which can be done easily by mail, fax, email or online, the collection process begins. We enter the account into our custom collection software system and send an acknowledgment letter to our client.
Our first contact with the patient is with a mailed notice to ensure all FDCPA requirements are met and the address information verified. Many possibilities may occur thereafter; the patient pays the account in full when contacted by our collector, the mailing address is not valid and we locate a new address and phone number, the patient refuses to pay and we are able to locate an asset and request legal action. The possible scenarios are lengthy and varied, but our commitment is clear and precise - we work accounts "cradle to grave."
